We use industry wide standard pricing. What this means is that there usually is an industry wide pricing guide for these types of cleanups. Biohazard cleanup is a dangerous job as it requires the handling of biohazardous materials which may contain life long and life ending diseases.
It is important that we see the scene as soon as possible to give you an estimate. We cannot give you an estimate over the phone just as an electrician, a plumber or any other professional cannot give you a quote over the phone. Diagnosing the scene cannot be done over the phone but we can talk about it to you. Length of time of an unattended death, weather, conditions within the area, foundation and building materials are what matters when estimating a cleanup. From this we can determine what equipment is necessary and viable to do the best job.
Our rates are in accordance with Industry Standards, although we realize that some events require adjustment and reconsideration based on the specific needs of the client. Payment options are available for those who may lack the ability to pay in full at the completion of the job.
Most business and homeowner’s insurance policies will cover the cost of the decontamination and restoration processes. We will be happy to work directly with insurance providers as this may assist in reducing the stress experienced by our clients who have other pressing matters to attend to during such a traumatic time.
